Kensakan is a modular SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) business management platform. Depending on your subscription plan, the Service includes access to various modules, including but not limited to CRM, Project Management, HRM, Sales, Finance, and the Forms/Data Collection module.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use Kensakan, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account and password.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Subscription Plans: Kensakan is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the fees applicable to the plan you select.
  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
  • Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms.
  • Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

  • Upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradify Services WLL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Doha, Qatar.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide by them.
